Frosted Helper Elf (or Hop-Shopping Blonde!)
Sometimes sales seasons give you the perfect excuse to try a new look. (And in SL, it doesn't take hours sitting in a salon chair!)
This experiment was fueled in large part by the LAQ Black Friday sale. In previous years, people have flocked in for 50% off--but this year, the discount was a whopping 75%! (I've been an LAQ girl almost from the moment I saw Strawberry Singh's review of their Cherry bento head back in 2018--and if I'm honest, Cherry is still my fave but...confession time...I think I now have almost their complete collection!) I'd eyed the Monroe skin/shape set since it debuted but, since my avatar is primarily a redhead, I hadn't pounced on it. That changed with the deep discount! *makes with the grabby hands!*
Paired with Truth's Debra hair and Cog & Fleur's Jingle Belle Elf in Ice Blue (50% off during their holiday sale--and featured on their group Midnight Mania board a few times), it gave me the purrrfect opportunity to hop and shop as Santa's little glam kitty elf for a fun few evenings!
